Soldiers and policemen with sticks and shields detain hundreds of Honduran migrants who make up the Migrant Caravan in January 2021, the soldiers apprehended them in Vado Hondo, Chiquimula a few kilometers from the Guatemala-Honduras border. The migrants tried to cross through Guatemala to get to the United States. Most caravan members left their country after hurricanes Eta and Iota left their communities devastated and in ruins.
