On January 6, 2021, chaos broke out as supporters of Donald Trump stormed the United States Capitol in Washington DC, seeking to overturn the results of the 2020 United States Presidential Election. Five people died during the attack. This work chronicles the day's events, leading up to the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt inside the US Capitol.
