After a decade of war, children grew up in a time when they knew nothing but war, and during the violent campaign against their city, Walid Al-Rashed decided on a sunny day, when the sounds of violent confrontation were heard from far away and warplanes took to the skies, to go out on Tuesday with the children to hear songs together across the war-ravaged city totally covered in rubble, where the sound of children's laughter was overshadowed by the thunder of clashes as they sang 'how beautiful it is to live in peace and wellness'.
