Healthcare workers, who are at the forefront in the battle against Covid-19 in Turkey, have been doing their best to save the lives of people of all ages for a long time. Children and babies who come to the hospital due to Covid-19 or other diseases, who are brought to the hospital by ambulance due to their emergency, and who are treated far from their mothers and families, are approached with compassion and devotion. Health Sciences University (SBU) Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital is one of the hospitals that hosts children whose mothers or fathers were treated in different services and hospitals due to Covid-19 and had to survive this process separately from them. All employees, from doctors to nurses and caregivers, undertake great efforts to prevent the absence of their families from babies and children who are being treated for COVID or other diseases and whose mothers and fathers are unable to accompany them.
